My fried whiting is impeccable... That famous JJ seasoning is like crack.. 🤣 French fries on point. No lines at all. Food is hot and fresh straight out the kitchen. People behind the counter were excellent. Location is in the hood but at the same time some of the best damn food is found in the hood. Most definitely coming back to this location.

The fries are delicious, crispy, and hot. The red snapper was thick, crunchy, hot, but a little dry. Overall it's good. I would definitely come back 9/10. If you're in the area and want a hole in the wall with a great home cooked feel and taste, come and try em out. You won't be disappointed

Absolutely delicious and a taste of Chicago. The breading spice mix cannot be beat. I had the perch and shrimp (yummy). My Dad had catfish and shrimp. The catfish was the star. I also liked the mild sauce. The environment around the store was...interesting...;)

My first time at this Marietta location. I've been to a few locations, and they've all been consistent. This Marietta location is no different. It's located in the perfect spot in Marietta, just down the street from Downtown. Food here is mouthwatering. Every time I come to JJ's -- no matter which location -- there's a crowd inside. This place will never go out of business because their quality in taste is perfection. The value of what you pay is amazing. I usually always have leftovers; enough to eat for a second meal. Bang for my buck! JJ's always satisfies my craving for fried food. Their fries are good on their own without any ketchup. My go-to is the #5, which is their fried chicken gizzards, fried chicken, fries, two slices of bread, and cole slaw. The combo also comes with soda.

I just moved here from Florida. And this was one of the few places I've tried since being here. And might I say, I love the food. What ever seasoning they sprinkle on the food before handing it to you .. is sooo delicious and I need that in my seasoning cabinet. Lol. The catfish is sooo freaking good. And I love their Mac n cheese bites. Definitely recommend.

We manage to come early because this place gets busy. The fried fish is excellent. I get the fried catfish and my husband loves the red snapper. The meal comes with a tiny coleslaw and I add fried okra to my meal. This time I ordered a mini sweet potato pie and it was surprisingly good. We go a couple times a month. So good and good customer service too. They don't have a lot of tables so keep that in mind when you go.

Ooh baby now let me tell you.. this is one of my places for comfort food! Please order the number one, at least once not really a fan of coleslaw, so I always substitute for corn nuggets which is only an additional $1.49.. unique seasoning.. I order it LITE, The Breading is Crispy Crunch and slightly Sweet.. this plate is under $20, portions are always heavy! And a canned soda is included I'm not into soda? They have flavorful lemonade that will rock your socks✨🤌🏽Chef kiss.. ain't you tired of fast food? Why not order real food..

I ordered my food online very easily and drove up to the drive thru. The location looks very clean and the parking lot can be challenging. The food was excellent and I tried the fish and wing combo. The breading has a hint of sweetness to it.The fries were hot and seasoned well.

Just tried the new JJ Fish & Chicken and the food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The chicken was well done ,the fish was seasoned well, and the customer service was great. The place was clean and the atmosphere felt welcoming. Definitely a good spot if you want tasty food at a fair price. I’ll be coming back again.
