2. Service Standards
We are committed to serving fresh, hot, and high-quality meals every time. As stated in our original policy: "If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right."
All orders are prepared according to the customer's selections. It is the customer's responsibility to review their order before checkout or before leaving the store.
3. Order Accuracy
Customers must ensure:
- The correct items are selected before payment.
- Pickup orders are checked before leaving the store.
- Delivery addresses are accurate when using third-party apps.
JJ Fish & Chicken is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect customer information.
4. Food Safety
For safety reasons:
- Food should be consumed immediately or refrigerated promptly.
- We do not accept returns of cooked food.
- Items that have been consumed before reporting an issue are not eligible for refunds.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes and applicable fees will be added at checkout.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit / debit cards
- Cash (in-store)
- Third-party delivery app payments
Duplicate or incorrect charges will be corrected in accordance with our Refund Policy.
6. Third-Party Delivery Platforms
Orders placed through Uber Eats, DoorDash, or similar platforms are governed by their terms, including:
- Delivery times
- Fees
- Refund and dispute processes
Refunds must be requested directly through the app for third-party orders. We will assist by confirming order details when needed.
7. Customer Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in:
- Abusive or threatening behavior
- Fraudulent refund claims
- Repeated violations of store policies
8. Limitation of Liability
JJ Fish & Chicken is not liable for:
- Delays caused by weather, traffic, or third-party drivers
- Customer allergies not disclosed at the time of ordering
- Losses resulting from misuse of our products
