Refund Policy

We work hard to make every order right the first time. When something goes wrong, this page explains what we'll do and how to reach us.
1. When refunds or replacements are eligible
We may issue a refund, replacement, or store credit for:
- Incorrect Order — wrong item, missing items, or order prepared differently than requested.
- Quality Concerns — undercooked, overcooked, or not meeting JJ's freshness standards.
- Order Issues at Pickup or Delivery — items damaged or spilled before reaching you.
- Duplicate or Incorrect Charges — for example, charged more than once.
2. When refunds are not provided
Refunds are not issued for:
- Change of mind after food is prepared.
- Items consumed before reporting an issue.
- Requests made without proof.
- Requests made after the policy timeframe below.
- Orders placed through third-party apps (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.) — those must be requested through the app directly.
3. Timeframe to report an issue
- 24 hours for food orders.
- Immediately for pickup issues discovered on-site.
- 48 hours for billing or payment concerns.
Requests made outside these windows may not be eligible.
4. What we need to process your request
To resolve your concern quickly, please provide:
- Order number or receipt
- Photos of the issue (if applicable)
- A brief description of the problem
- Your contact information
5. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds may be issued as:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Store credit
- Replacement meal
- Partial refund (if only part of the order was affected)
Management determines the appropriate method.
6. Processing time
- Card refunds take 3–7 business days to appear on your statement.
- Store credits are issued immediately.
- Replacement meals are prepared as soon as possible.
7. Contact
To report an issue or request support, ask for a manager during business hours, or contact the store directly. Order confirmations include the store's phone number on the receipt.
